Restaurant
The internal regulations of Lobogó Resort include rules that are essential for the proper functioning of the restaurant and for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Entry and Reservations:
During opening hours, anyone can enter the restaurant.
Behavior:
Proper attire is required to enter the restaurant.
Hats or any head coverings must be removed when entering the restaurant.
Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant.
Loud behavior, disruptive activities, and children's tantrums are not allowed in the restaurant.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the restaurant is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18.
Dining:
Bringing outside food and beverages into the restaurant is prohibited.
Food preparation and service in the restaurant are carried out by the restaurant staff.
Payment:
Payment in the restaurant can be made in cash, by credit card, or with vacation vouchers.
The restaurant reserves the right to modify the internal regulations at any time. Guests are obliged to comply with the restaurant's regulations and cooperate with the restaurant staff.
Wellness Center
The internal regulations of Lobogó Resort Wellness Center include the following rules and provisions:
Entry and Use:
During opening hours, anyone can enter the wellness center.
Guests are required to wear appropriate attire (such as swimwear, slippers, towels).
Prior registration is not necessary for guests.
The wellness center reserves the right to refuse services or suspend services at any time for safety or any other reasons.
Behavior:
All guests in the wellness center must respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests and maintain a quiet environment.
Jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited (only in designated areas), as is drug use and any illegal activities.
Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations regarding the equipment and facilities of the wellness center. If any damage occurs to the equipment or facilities, the guest will be responsible for reimbursement.
The wellness center is not liable for the personal belongings of guests, so guests must ensure the security of their own valuables.
Usage Rules:
Guests must respect the needs of other guests.
Before entering the swimming pool and jacuzzi, guests must thoroughly shower, tie up their hair, and wear a hairnet if they have long hair.
Payment in the restaurant can be made in cash, by credit card, or with vacation vouchers.
Accommodation
When making a reservation at Lobogó Resort, it is understood that the guest has read, understood, and accepted the following house rules.
Upon arrival at Lobogó Resort, guests are required to present the following documents: identification card, voucher. Upon check-in, guests are requested to fill out a registration form in compliance with legal requirements.
The accommodation period starts between 14:00 and 21:00 hours (check-in time) and ends at 11:00 noon on the day of departure (check-out time).
Upon check-in, guests are required to fill out a registration form in compliance with legal requirements, and the payment for services is to be made upon arrival.
Guests should inform the resort if they arrive later than the designated check-in time, which is 18:00 hours, by contacting the reception at one of the following phone numbers: 0266-247-545 or 0755 066 021.
Late check-out (up to 1 hour) between 11:00 and 12:00 must be reported to the reception at least 1 hour in advance, and the possibility of extending the stay will be determined accordingly.
Cancellation policy: The deposit is non-refundable (50% of the total price), but if the cancellation is made 3 days prior to check-in, the full amount of the deposit can be used for any other time in 2023. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in the loss of the deposit. In case of any state-imposed bans, Lobogó Resort will not refund the deposit. In such cases, it can be used at any time during 2023. Examples of such cases include bans on organizing events due to the coronavirus or complete closure.
Please use the facilities and equipment of the accommodation appropriately and comply with fire and safety regulations.
It is prohibited to bring and use electrical appliances (e.g., coffee maker, iron, kettle, etc.) or any means of transportation (bicycles, etc.) into the rooms.
Bringing pets onto the resort premises is not allowed.
In the event of any damage, whether minor or major, in the restaurant, wellness center, or rooms, guests must report it to the reception.
Guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use or violation of the house rules.
Please maintain silence between 22:00 and 8:00 hours. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any disagreements or conflicts among guests but will take necessary measures within the limits of the law to maintain order and ensure the safety of guests within the accommodation premises.
The accommodation is not liable for personal valuables (e.g., jewelry) brought onto the premises. Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The owner shall not be held responsible. When leaving the accommodation, it is mandatory to close the door and windows.
Moving furniture within the room or between rooms is not permitted.
STORING FLAMMABLE OR EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS within the accommodation premises or buildings (such as gasoline, petroleum, gas cylinders, fireworks, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
In the event of a fire or any other irregularity or malfunctioning equipment, please inform the staff immediately.
SMOKING is prohibited inside the accommodation building according to current laws. Otherwise, guests may be asked to leave. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays.
Bringing any weapons onto the resort premises is prohibited.
It is necessary to inform the accommodation manager immediately in the event of an accident or any other extraordinary event.
Individuals who commit a crime, intentionally cause damage, or disturb the peace of other guests seeking rest between 22:00 and 8:00 hours may be expelled from the accommodation. The owner reserves the right to remove guests from the accommodation if they fail to comply with the house rules. In case of cancellation due to violation of the house rules, the guest will not be refunded the amount already paid.
